Looking for a 1-bedroom apartment, studio, or a room (no more than 15 minutes on foot from the metro). Budget: up to 50,000 RUB. Prefer the yellow metro line: m. Perovo, Novogireevo, Novokosino, but I’m open to other areas too. I’m 30 years old and work as an online English language teacher. I like cleanliness, peace, and comfort. I don’t smoke, don’t drink, and don’t host parties. In my free time I study foreign languages and read books. I’m moving with my small Chihuahua dog. He is 4 years old, very well-behaved: obedient, knows all commands, and since I work from home, he is supervised 24/7.
