Hi! My friend and I are looking for an isolated/private room in St. Petersburg for a year. Move-in: 16–17 July. About us: we are both 21. Quiet, non-conflict, we don’t drink or smoke. We are neutral about neighbors smoking. We keep things clean and respect personal space. No pets. We have official stable income and pay on time. What we’re looking for

Stable internet Budget: up to 25,000 RUB per month for two + utilities. We can provide a deposit and pay the first month upon move-in. In terms of timing: we need housing right away for a year, but we can also consider a temporary option for 1–2 weeks so we can calmly settle in and then find the main place.
